Miko Imai was born in Niigata, Japan. She studied Painting at Musashino Art University in Tokyo and Textile Design at Rhode Island School of Design.

 

Miko is a children’s picture book author and illustrator. She also creates handmade fabric accessories.

 

Miko enjoys cooking, baking, Japanese Tea Ceremony (Chado), and Tai Chi. She lives in Massachusetts.
